There are three main pathways to get an A in the class. You (basically) have to choose two of the following three

Participate in individual or group policy briefs and white papers
Take a leadership role in moderating weekly discussions
Do all four Kritik essays and peer reviews

Here are some examples, (assuming grades of 90% or so). There is some wiggle room for those who want to do the mini law school seminar, which creates 3,500 points. Or alternatively, do the “Prepare for class discussions” for 3,200 points. Doing those helps shore up your score in case you don’t get 90% on graded assignments.

Assuming no “prepare for class discussions” assignments or the mini law school seminar, here are some examples:
